Every piece is made to order in our own workshop. No two pieces are ever quite the same, and natural variations in colour are part of the character, not a flaw.

Each piece is crafted to order by skilled artisans, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. It takes a little longer, but a better, more considered result.

Most of our pieces arrive ready to use straight away. Where any assembly or wall-fixing is required (such as with a height chart), full instructions and fixings are included. The process is designed to be simple enough to do yourself.
If you have any questions before you begin, our team is always happy to help.

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. That's exactly why we recommend checking your finish and quantities carefully before ordering.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, get in touch straightaway,we'll always put it right.

We're a family run business, and it shows in what we choose to make. Every one of these pieces starts life in our own workshop in Canterbury. These means a shorter supply chain, closer oversight of quality, and materials that don't have to travel far to reach you. It also means that when we say "made in Britain," it's genuinely true, not just designed here.
MEET THE MAKER
While we've traditionally always made kitchens and joinery, for a long time we have wanted to make forever pieces for the whole home. The team sat down and thought about what we could bring into our collection, and from there, the fun began.
Everything is designed for real life and with families we've worked with over the last decade in mind, including their scuffed boots, muddy paws, and pencil marks creeping up a doorframe.
