Chiswick Kitchen

We recently completed this kitchen in Chiswick and it certainly is a show stopper! This kitchen features bespoke cabinetry from our Westminster range, painted in “School House White” and “Inchyra Blue” a sea green-blue colour for the large kitchen island.

This was such a fun project to work on, with lots of new ideas and bespoke details brought to the table.

A long run of cabinetry sits against the back wall, bookended by two tall double larder units. The three double wall units above the large double butler sink, feature reeded glass cabinetry doors, bringing additional texture and style to the space while also breaking up the cabinetry run.

The splashback is tiled in our Navy Scallop porcelain tiles. These tiles are not only beautiful but also easy to clean and therefore perfect for splashbacks. Taking the tiles all the way up to the wall units adds a certain grandness to the kitchen. These are available to purchase from our Pantry in ‘Navy’ as well as four other colours including a white marble version!

One of the lovely things about designing a bespoke kitchen is that we can create unique pieces of furniture that are made just for you and your needs. Our client wanted an island quite different to the traditional ones we usually see. A piece of timber, lines two sides of the island, creating a separate are for the breakfast bar off of the quartz. This not only maximises on usable space on the island, but the timber surface will also keep any food and drinks warmer for longer.

What makes this kitchen even more social, is the Bora hob placed facing out on the island. A perfect hob for any island or peninsula with the extractor fan built in and easily removed to pop in the dishwasher, you’ll not have to cook and talk with your back to your guests, and easily keep an eye on the lil’uns in the living room from here.
